- Pricing: Three plans, per user per month: Starter €12 (time tracking, invoicing, reports), Team €24 (adds client portal, recurring invoices, expenses), Business €39 (adds SAML SSO, audit log, priority support). Annual billing: 2 months free.
- Free trial: 14-day free trial on any plan, no credit card required.
- Features: Time tracking (timers, timesheets, calendar import), invoicing (one-off and recurring), expense tracking, a client portal where clients approve and pay invoices, and profitability reports per client and project. Built for agencies of 2–50 people. Web app only.
- Integrations: Native integrations: Stripe (clients pay invoices by card from the portal), QuickBooks, Xero, Holded, Slack, Google Calendar. Zapier for everything else.
- SSO: SAML SSO (Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID) is included in the Business plan (€39/user/month).
- GDPR & data location: All data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). GDPR compliant; DPA signed on request.
